Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact me 24 hours prior to your appointment time, at Ninajoonllc@gmaill.com If you do not show up to your appointment, no refund will be issued. If you contact me less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, regarding rescheduling, I will give leniency 1 time and reschedule at no extra charge. If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, no refund will be issued. I am not licensed as a medical professional or legal advisor. I provide my spiritual services with sincerity, in goodwill, and I will only share information that I perceive to be true. However, I am not responsible for any personal decisions made after a session.
