This will allow you to be more in tune with spirit, wisdom, & wonders that already exist within & all around you.. -Step out of your comfort zone and into your power, as you participate in guided meditation experiences and practice exercises with your classmates **NO experience is necessary to register for this workshop.** MY CLASSES ARE A SAFE/JUDGMENT-FREE/COMPETITION-FREE/ SUPPORTIVE SPACE for every individual to expand, grow, & have meaningful experiences as they connect more deeply with themselves and with the profound love of spirit.
